Student Financial Services (SFS) Portal

Welcome to the LIM College Online Financial Aid Portal where you can:

  • View the status of your financial aid
  • View the status of your documents (received/pending)
  • Review your student loan history
  • Accept/Decline your initial loan package (subsequent modifications can only be made by a FA counselor)
  • Receive a detailed description of each fund type associated with your account
  • **Easily Upload and Submit all completed and signed documents requested by Financial Aid!

Log In Instructions

To access this portal, you must have a financial aid record established at LIM College. If you have not begun the financial aid application process, you can get started by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Enter our school code (007466) on your application and our office should receive a copy within 3-5 days. Once we receive your information, we will notify you on the next steps in the financial aid process.
  1. If this is the first time that you are accessing your Net Partner Portal (you have not created an account) 
  2. A new window will prompt you to enter the Net Partner Student ID that you received on your award letter. 
    • *Please note: this ID is not the same ID used for SONIS. 
  3. You will then be instructed to Activate your Account by:
    1. Entering your (the students') Social Security Number [no dashes or spaces]
    2. Next, enter your Date of Birth in MM/DD/YYYY format or by clicking on the calendar icon on the right side
  4. Once the account has been verified, you will be prompted to select and answer 3 UNIQUE Security Questions

  5. Next you will create your account Password 
    • Specific instructions will be listed above in red
  6. You must read through and click the box to accept the Terms and Conditions
  7. Click the Submit button to finish creating your Net Partner Portal Account!
  • Welcome back Continuing Users!:
  1. Enter your Net Partner Student ID and your Password/PIN in the LOG IN box on the top right of this screen.  
    • *Please note: Your ID is not the same ID used for SONIS. 
  1. If you have forgotten your Password/PIN, please click on the "Forgot Your Password" link on the above top right side. 
  2. This link will prompt you to enter your Net Partner specific Student ID.
  3. You will need to verify your identity by correctly answering 2 of your Security Questions.
  4. Access is granted once you have successfully provided those answers. 
  5. Be careful, after 6 failed attempts you will be locked out of Net Partner but don’t panic

  • You can modify your security questions or change your Password/PIN at any time after logging into your Student Portal then clicking on MY ACCOUNT, which is displayed at the top right of the portal window.
